DAWAT OPERATOR EARNINGS POLICY
Municipal and city operators receive 100% of their allocated ₱60 operator fee for each eligible completed delivery under the ₱180 delivery-fee model. The operator's ₱60 allocation is separate from the rider's ₱60 and Dawat platform's ₱60 allocations.
This model is not active in production payout settlement. These estimates are illustrative, not guaranteed earnings; actual eligibility and payouts remain governed by active written operator agreements until a separately approved and verified settlement implementation is activated.

Frequently asked questions.
What is a Dawat Operator?
An approved local business partner who helps develop Dawat services in an assigned city or municipality, within the responsibilities and permissions in the written agreement.
How much is the franchise fee?
This guide lists a ₱20,000 regular introductory fee and a ₱2,000 promotional fee only when an administrator-configured promotion is active. Final fees and terms must be confirmed in writing before any payment.
What does the promotional fee include?
The included services and terms depend on the approved promotion and written agreement. A fee or application does not automatically grant territory ownership, exclusivity, or approval.
How do operators earn?
The ₱180 delivery-fee model allocates ₱60 to the municipal or city operator for each eligible completed delivery. The operator allocation is separate from the rider and Dawat platform allocations. This model is not active in production payout settlement yet; actual payouts follow the active written operator agreement.
Does applying reserve a promotional slot?
No. The existing application records your interest and requested territory; it does not reserve a promotional slot or collect a fee. Dawat administrators review every application and territory request. The guide does not show remaining slots because there is no verified promotion reservation ledger.
Can two operators share a territory?
Shared or exclusive territory arrangements depend on Dawat’s approved territory policy and administrator decision. The guide does not promise either arrangement; confirm the terms in writing.
What happens after applying?
Dawat reviews your existing account, application, verification, and requested territory. If approved, you receive the applicable written terms and onboarding steps before local operations begin.
Can I manage multiple territories?
You may request additional territories through Dawat. Each request is subject to availability, policy, review, and separate approval.
Do I need a physical office?
This guide does not establish a physical-office requirement. Confirm any location-specific requirements with Dawat before committing to a cost.
When will I receive commissions?
Payout timing and eligible events are governed by the active operator policy and written agreement. Review those terms before accepting an appointment; this guide does not promise a payment date.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. The ₱60-per-delivery amounts are illustrative estimates, not guaranteed earnings. The ₱180 three-way model is not active in production payout settlement; actual eligibility, deductions, refunds, expenses, and payout terms follow the active written operator agreement.
What happens if my application is rejected?
Dawat will provide the decision through its existing application process. Any resubmission or review path follows the applicable policy. This guide does not collect an application or reservation payment.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
There is no reservation or payment flow in this guide. Dawat must publish and approve reservation, payment, and refund terms before collecting any future payment.
What permits are required?
Permits depend on the service, business activity, and local rules. Check with the relevant local authorities and confirm Dawat’s approved requirements before launch.
